Cobfoolery - working with a real cob (ENG)

Here in México, we are people of corn. A lovely definition of corn it was: what it keeps life.

So, we love corn. Tortillas, gorditas, and so on, keeps corn around us even in the time of globalization.

I just bought this corn in January. I made a corn soup and let drying the cobs all over 3 monts. Here in Querétaro, sun is so heavy.



Because I do not how to work with cobs and plaster, I use one of that cobs. I use a piece of the cob, cutting of from the whole cob.























Using a sandpaper (here, the most familiar brand is "Fandelli") I made some work with the cob. Now, is so smooth.




Later, I made some plaster (with water) and cover the cob with it.



Here the result.


What's next? Try to make a hole inside the cob, and apply some mexican colors. Before I try with "the real thing": the MM Legend.
